We have been busy creating retail space for potential business partners. There are three distinct shopping areas available on the Rockridge Heights region to choose from.
Main Street is centrally located with a few large builds including Hoorenbeek and a Game Room hangout space. The central unit is in full view of the Lakeview deck and is currently available for rent.
The Shops @ Rockridge Heights is a quaint set of corner shops with a plaza area out front to enjoy. There is even a dance ball and coffee cart to welcome visitors and enjoy while shopping.
Townsend is our newest development. It is right next to our very popular PlantPet™ store which receives considerable traffic and is directly across from Club Universe.
Shop rentals are reasonably priced with generous prim / land impact allotments. There are also opportunities for your shop to be included in Adonis Heights Radio advertisements which is streamed 247 on the region and globally online via the Tunein Radio App.
